Commercial closings are sometimes subject to UCC searches, surveys, water department certifications, governmental notices, appraisals, property inspection reports, environmental site assessments, estoppel certificates, rent rolls and certificates of authority. We have the skills and experience, however, to see these through to yield our standard result: a smooth, stress-free as possible, closed transaction.
