Murray Law Group, LLC is here to help families whose trust in nursing homes has been betrayed. Health care organizations have a responsibility to protect the welfare of patients and residents. We would like to think that the people with whom we entrust their care will provide the same standard of care we gave, but, sadly, that is often not the case. In fact, nursing home abuse and neglect is becoming an epidemic in the United States. The National Center of Elder Abuse reported there are more than 3.2 million Americans residing in nursing homes as of 2008 and nearly 1 in 3 U.S. nursing homes were cited for violations of federal standards that had potential to cause harm or that had caused actual harm to a resident during the two years 1999-2001.

Do act upon any signs of neglect and abuse today! Below you will find examples of neglect and abuse. Call Murray Law Group, LLC today and speak directly with our legal services attorneys; they will be your number one resource.
